Employee Resource Groups

Overview

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) at Martignetti Companies are employee-led initiatives designed to cultivate an inclusive workplace and unite employees toward shared goals. These groups provide a safe space for employees to express thoughts, identities, and ideas freely. They play a pivotal role in developing programming, activities, and events, offering support for personal and professional growth, and spreading awareness through educational opportunities.

Employee Interests

A recent survey gauged interest in ERGs, and the top groups selected by employees will be launched in January 2024:

• ERG for Women
• ERG for Employee Wellness & Wellbeing
• ERG for Caregivers (Caring for Children or Aging Parents)
• ERG to Support Veterans

Ongoing Support

Martignetti Companies ensures ongoing support for ERGs through monthly meetings with ERG co-leads, HR, and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team. These meetings discuss upcoming activities, review progress, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
