At Martignetti Companies, community support is at the heart of our values. Our Community Involvement Committee actively identifies causes for support. Each employee is encouraged to volunteer up to 8 hours per calendar year at one of our company-sponsored events.

Women’s Beverage Alcohol Symposium

Martignetti Companies takes pride in pioneering the Women’s Beverage Alcohol Symposium. This groundbreaking event brings together women from all three tiers of the alcohol beverage business—distributors, suppliers, and customers. With an emphasis on education, inspiration, and motivation, this annual symposium empowers diversity among peers. Over 200 women attend each year, fostering networking opportunities, creating pathways for growth, and building capabilities to inspire career advancement.

Pan Mass

Team Martignetti has been riding and fundraising with the Pan Mass Challenge (PMC) for 27 years, raising in excess of $10 million to support cancer research. Originally started as a charity effort by a group of Martignetti Companies employees, our team has grown to include family, friends, and business associates. The PMC, the largest Wine and Spirits wholesaler in New England, reflects its theme on our team uniforms. Whether riding or volunteering, our team members contribute financially to support this worthy cause.
