Newly Formed Classic Wine & Spirits Division

(Taunton, MA) February 1, 2025 – We are delighted to announce a significant and exciting transformation within our Company: the merger of the Connoisseurs Division and Classic Wine Imports Division into a unified team, the Classic Wine & Spirits Division, effective February 1, 2025.

This strategic change reflects our commitment to strengthening and delivering a superior route to market for our supplier partners and a higher-level consultative approach for our customers. The new division will foster a collaborative approach and will set the stage for continued growth and innovation. Classic Wine & Spirits will deliver broader account coverage and more focus on the needs of our customers. The division will employ seven District Managers and 52 Sales Representatives, including two on premise focused sales teams. The division will continue to be supported by our Wine Merchandising Team, On and Off Premise Strategic Accounts Teams, and Corporate Fine Wine Team.

As part of this transition, we are pleased to announce the following leadership appointments:

• Maggie Dey Abele will be promoted to Vice President, Sales, Classic Wine & Spirits Division. Maggie started with Martignetti in 2006, successfully executing roles in sales, portfolio management, and divisional leadership. Most recently, as Assistant Vice President of the Connoisseur Division, delivering exceptional results and fostering a culture of sales accountability and collaboration. Maggie’s vision, leadership, and commitment to excellence will ensure the success of our newly formed division.
• Stefanie Korman has been appointed to the position of Assistant Vice President of Sales, for this new division. Stefanie joined Martignetti in 2006 and has been a force in both on and off premise sales channels. Most recently, as Assistant Vice President of Classic Wine Imports, achieving impressive sales results on behalf of our supplier partners, and adding consultative value for our customers. Stefanie’s passion for wine, drive for success, and collaborative spirit make her the ideal leader in this new division.

The creation of the Classic Wine & Spirits Division marks a transformative step forward for Martignetti Companies. By combining the talent and expertise of the Connoisseurs and Classic Wine Imports teams, we will build on our shared strengths to create a division that is agile and fully equipped to meet the needs of our customers and suppliers.
