Martignetti Companies Completes Acquisition of RNDC's National Control State Business
TAUNTON, MA - Martignetti Companies today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Republic National Distributing Company’s (RNDC) Control State operations. The transaction includes the states of Alabama, Idaho, Iowa, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia and Wyoming.
With this acquisition, Martignetti now offers a complete control state platform, giving Martignetti’s supplier partners and customers a single, unified solution across every control state market in the U.S.
